Do you do grazing stations/tables?

Absolutely. These are very popular especially for corporate functions and milestone events. Antipasti and cheese station or seafood station (live oyster shucking/ fresh prawns And sushi. Refer to images at the bottom of the page of examples we have done for our previous clients.

Do you organise entertainment aswell?

Yes . All event entertainment is booked through MBJ events team. We can organise additions items that elevate your event next level with DJ’s, photobooth, photographers, live roving acts ...ect

Do u host ceremony as well as reception?

Yes we sure do! Many couples find it easier to have both at the one venue , our vip staff have experience coordinating the setup and smooth transition.

Do you host corporate breakfast?

Yes , we host corporate many successful corporate breakfast events with an assortment of breakfast canapés, grazing item, coffee , tea, juice and and all AV included (Plasma for presentations/ microphones and in house Spotify).

Can we see the space?

As Mon Bijou is an extremely popular venue it is highly recommended to arrange a walkthrough appointment to further discuss your event details with one of our friendly staff members, Appointments are available to be booked Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s only (No appointments during Fri-Sun or on public holidays)

Lost property.

Please email contact details and description of lost item to -This will be forwarded on to the venue manager on site who will contact you once item is located and arrange a time that best suits to collect the item.

Can I reserve a date?

We highly recommended if you have your heart set on a particular date to call and reserve date in advance as we book out extremely quickly.

How do I go about booking a date?

Dates can be booked with as little as 25% deposit. Final rsvp numbers, food, beverage and entertainment selections are finalised two weeks prior to event date which provides you plenty of time to thoroughly plan your event and not have the stress of your date getting booked in the mean time. You can have peace of mind the date is reserved for you.

Are underage guests allowed to attend?

Underage guests are welcome to attend private functions however STRICTLY will not be served alcoholic beverages which ID will be asked as per legalities. We do offer soft drinks, juices and mocktails to ensure guests who cannot or do not wish to drink alcohol can indulge in.
